No, The #drink2shrink Tea is naturally caffeine-free. That being said, the result of its cleansing effect causes many people to feel more energized.

To experience the health benefits, drink 8 ounces of the #drink2shrink formula two or three times a day. *As with all herbal teas, do not drink it in excess or not more than three cups a day, unless recommended by a health care professional.

** Children should drink only 2 to 4 ounces a day.

You can drink the #drink2shrink formula as long as you want. (It has NO Senna, which leaves a residue in the colon that could lead to health problems).
